fillers, or coconut, no artificial colorings, flavorings or preservatives, and each tub
is hand picked with care.

Our St. Julien Macaroons descend from a 17th-century French
recipe of crushed almonds, egg white, sugar and honey — no coconut, flour,
shortening, salt, egg yolk, leavening or artificial preservatives. Our egg white
is kosher, and the natural ingredients and absence of cholesterol, lactose and
gluten, make our Macaroons appropriate for many special diets. We bake in small
brick-lined ovens, hand pack with care, and assure freshness by shipping early
each week for arrival before the weekend.
St. Julien Macaroons have been shipped to macaroon fans all
over the country, and as gifts for "Happy Holidays," "Happy
